Author Guidelines
The Journal of Business, Management and Economics Engineering welcomes original, high-quality research contributions from scholars, practitioners, and researchers across the globe. Authors are requested to carefully adhere to the following guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.
- All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly advised to check their manuscripts using plagiarism detection tools prior to submission. Manuscripts with an overall similarity exceeding 20% or single-source similarity exceeding 1% are liable to be desk rejected without review.
- Authors are expected to ensure that manuscripts are written in clear, grammatically correct English. It is recommended to use professional language editing tools such as Grammarly or equivalent services before submission.
- The recommended manuscript length is between 5000 and 8,000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices.
- Manuscripts must present an accurate, complete, and objective account of the research conducted, including proper interpretation of data and findings, along with a clear discussion of their academic and practical relevance.
- Any figures, tables, or content reproduced from external sources must be accompanied by written permission from the copyright holder, and appropriate acknowledgment must be included in the manuscript. A declaration confirming permissions must be submitted along with the manuscript.
- Authors must disclose any personal, professional, or financial conflicts of interest at the time of submission. Failure to disclose relevant conflicts may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
- The journal does not permit ghost authorship or gift authorship. All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the research and manuscript preparation.
- Previously conducted research must be properly cited, and authors are required to acknowledge all relevant prior studies that have influenced or contributed to the current work.
- Authors are ethically responsible for ensuring that their research complies with accepted academic and ethical standards. Any breach of ethical conduct may result in immediate rejection.
- Authors must inform the Editorial Office if any of the declared conditions change during the review or publication process.
- The Editor reserves the right to accept or reject any manuscript and to communicate decisions via email. The Editorial Board also reserves the right to make necessary editorial modifications to improve clarity, structure, and formatting while maintaining the integrity of the work.
Manuscript Preparation Guideline
- An abstract of 200–250 words must be included.
- A maximum of 5 relevant keywords and JEL classification keywords must be provided immediately after the abstract.
- Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word format, using Times New Roman, font size 12, double-spaced, and justified alignment.
- All pages must be numbered consecutively.
- Tables and figures must be clearly numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and properly referenced in the main text. Their placement should be clearly indicated within the manuscript.
- All tables and figures must include proper source attribution where applicable.
- References must follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style strictly
Author Declaration Form
- Each submission must be accompanied by a declaration stating:
- The manuscript is original and has not been published previously in any form.
- The manuscript is not under consideration by any other journal simultaneously.
- All conflicts of interest, if any, have been fully disclosed.
- The corresponding author has obtained consent from all co-authors for submission and publication.

- Supplementary materials such as questionnaires, datasets, or additional figures and tables.
